Welcome to the Feminine Wholeness Retreat! Before we embark on this journey together, there are a few important details we need to go over to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. This agreement outlines your participation in activities like Authentic Movement, yoga, expressive arts, and health practices in Greece from July 21 - July 27, 2024.

Health and Safety:

​

~ Your Health Comes First: Ensure you've checked in with a healthcare professional to confirm that this retreat fits your health needs well. Your well-being is our top priority.

~ Understanding Risks: By joining us, you know the risks involved in physical activities and accept them willingly.

~ Personal Responsibility: If any injuries or accidents happen, you acknowledge that you're participating at your own risk and agree not to hold Maria Lentzou or the Authentic Movement Soul Freedom team responsible.

Cancellation Policy:

 

​~ Planning Ahead: Your deposit secures your spot but is non-refundable. If plans change and you cancel 90 days before the retreat starts, you'll get a refund minus the deposit.

​~ Last-Minute Changes: We can't offer refunds or transfers if you cancel within 90 days of the start date unless someone else takes your place.

~ Unexpected Circumstances: If travel restrictions prevent you from attending, we'll refund you, keeping the deposit.

Media and Privacy:

~ Sharing Your Journey: We love to capture and share retreat moments through photos and videos. Participating allows us to use these moments for promotional purposes without compensation.

~ Opt-Out Choice: Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed or filmed. We respect your privacy and are happy to accommodate your wishes.

Healthcare and Emergencies:

~ Medical Readiness: It's important to inform us about any health conditions affecting your participation. Your safety is important, and being prepared helps us all.

~ In Case of Emergency: Should you need medical attention during the retreat, we'll ensure you receive care. Please be aware that any medical costs incurred will be your responsibility.
