Service Description

Are you already in therapy but feeling stuck or looking for a movement/somatic approach? This session can help you unblock stuck energy and provide you with additional material for your personal growth. Bring your theme/struggle/question and together we will listen closely to your body and access your inner wisdom for insights that can help move forward your healing journey. Cost is $333 for an 80 min session in person.  For online sessions I can provide a sliding scale from $277 to $333 per 80 min session. One long session should be enough to address your question, that is why the cost for a second session if needed is only $222 for 80min.
