Female Rainbow Retreat in Greece: Authentic Movement - Yoga - Healing Arts

Join a group of 16 women to explore together, recover and celebrate the spectrum of our female identity.  Women embody traits that are colorful, multifaceted, strong and vulnerable, just like the rainbow qualities that we can find in the archetypes of the Greek Goddesses.

Participating will help you: 

• embrace all aspects of your female identity

• heal your relationship with your femininity and your body

• and deepen the love for yourself as the multifaceted woman that you are. 

What we do:

Every morning we start our day with a sunrise meditation and a yin yoga practice to reground in our essence. We let the sounds of the Mediterranean sea expand our awareness to connect with our inner center.

Every day we have two 3h workshops, each one dedicated to one of the Greek Goddesses. ​We read and reflect upon their myth to get familiar and be inspired by their symbols and images. The Greek Goddess archetypes are powerful inner patterns, forces within that influence what we do and how we feel. When we are able to understand them, we gain powerful insights that provide the key to self-knowledge and wholeness.

Playing with a variety of art materials that include drawing, creating with collage and clay, you deepen your connection to their multifaceted qualities. We use embodied explorations and Authentic Movement, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you are free to move and listen to your body’s wisdom. This way you open yourself to receive the insights and understandings that each archetype reveals for your healing and growth.

Our last day is dedicated to revisiting and integrating all moments of our journey together. There is time to enter the creative flow and become the artists and directors of your lived experience. You will be delighted by the wisdom, beauty and creativity that is hidden in your soul, ready to guide your life in more plenty and wholehearted ways. Our sacred circle is the loving holding space that welcomes each one of the women to emerge and share their unique essence. All together we celebrate our colorful, multifaceted female rainbow.

Organic vegetarian breakfast and lunch are included in your stay. After the workshops there is plenty of free time to enjoy the beach, get to know the island of Paros or relax by receiving a massage. Dinner time is open for you to choose between staying at Okreblue or visiting a close by village. During your stay we will also have a one-day excursion to visit the archeological site of Delos and have lunch in Mykonos.

Please note: Airtickets to Greece and transportation to Okreblue are not included. However, Ada, the most welcoming administrator, can happily help you to plan and organize your transportation to and from the retreat center. With your confirmation we will also send you a guide with all information needed about Paros and your stay.

Cost:

The cost of your stay varies according to your accommodation preference. There is the option to stay in a single room, a shared double or shared triple room. Reserve your spot now for $442 and pay the rest of the cost for the Female Rainbow Retreat with payment plan options of your convenience upon agreement. Or, pay the total in advance and have an 11% discount. Deposit is non refundable after January 1st 2021.

You are welcome to come with a friend or significant other who may not participate at the workshops. They will be charged only the accomodation fee.
