About The Event

This workshop is the fourth one of the series Female Rainbow Groups for Women:

In this specific workshop, we use Greek myths, Authentic Movement explorations and Expressive Art activities to invoke in our embodied presence, the qualities of Hera to deepen our capacity to bond and endure difficulties in our commitments.

Hera, as the Goddess of Marriage, was revered and reviled, honored and humiliated. She, more than any other goddess, has markedly positive and negative attributes. The same is true for the Hera archetype, an intensely powerful force for joy or pain in a woman's personality.

The Hera archetype provides the capacity to bond, to be loyal and faithful, to endure and go through difficulties with a partner.

With guided and self-directed explorations, we will have the opportunity to delve into the relationship-oriented qualities of this archetype to :

  • deepen our capacity to bond and commit
  • grow beyond the role of wife
  • transform rage, jealousy and pain from troubled relationships into creative work

Structure:

Group is intimate, and the workshop will take place with a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 6.

Cost:

Early Bird registration is $77, until April 23
