Our journey begins with an introduction to the principles of Authentic Movement. Maria will guide you through initial warmup exercises, gently leading to a deeper rediscovery of your physical self. As the session progresses, you'll enter a space of total freedom - eyes closed, no music, just you and your body's impulses. In this sanctuary, there are no prescribed movements, only the ones your soul whispers to you. This is your space for liberation and self-exploration.
