Experiential Introduction to Authentic Movement

Authentic Movement is a practice that needs to be lived in order to be comprehended.

This Open Gathering for new participants is an opportunity for you who resonate with this practice to have a direct experience and then decide about joining a group.

Next group practice is scheduled for a cycle of 6 meetings between October and December 2018 on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.

In this group you will be able to find :

• healing for your inner child
• release from embodied wounds
• connection with your authentic needs and desires
