About The Event
This experiential gathering is a respectful, compassionate and nonjudgmental environment to explore your relationship with food and your body. Connect deeply with your inner wisdom using Authentic Movement, expressive arts, and the support of community.
This workshop is appropriate for all women-identified individuals looking to deepen their connection to their bodies through experiential movement and art-making. It is also great for women who have recovered from eating disorders or any kind of dysfunction around food, eating, and their bodies.
Space is limited. Pre-payment is required to reserve your spot.
Regular registration is $99.
Early Bird cost is $77 until April 11th.
Art materials and snacks are included.
