While there is so much to share about this practice, here is my brief description:

The visible peak represents your consciousness,
your thoughts, feelings, and actions that you are aware of every day…
only this is a small fraction of yourself.
Beneath the surface, there is a vast, unseen portion submerged in the waters
that is the realm of your unconscious mind.
A rich and mysterious world,
it holds our memories, beliefs, desires, and emotions
that often operate outside our conscious awareness,
and influence our behaviors, decisions, and perceptions in profound ways.
Authentic Movement is a transformative practice that invites us to explore this hidden world within ourselves.
A journey of self-discovery,
an opportunity to dive beneath the surface and
connect with the vastness of our Selves.
Through Authentic Movement, we can give voice to the unspoken,
express the unexpressed,
and unveil the layers of our authentic Selves.
It's a form of nonverbal communication,
where our bodies become the medium for our innermost thoughts, emotions, and desires.
