Feminine Wholeness Retreat

This - one of its kind - retreat  is an intimate 6-day gathering for 16 women, who are interested to invest their precious time reconnecting with their authentic selves, through daily embodied workshops with the Greek Goddesses . Each workshop will be dedicated to the archetype of a Greek goddess and you will learn how women are connected to their multifaceted essence.

The 7 Greek Goddesses represent all aspects of the female psyche, both the light and the shadow, and you can easily draw on experiences in your own life that mirror their qualities and stories. The Greek Goddesses relate to different aspects of ourselves and different archetypes might come to light at different stages of a woman's life.

The Archetypes of the Greek goddesses are helpful as spiritual guides to defining ourselves, our paths, and our place within our communities. Ultimately, they can reveal intimate truths about ourselves, key to self-knowledge and wholeness.

You will further expand your awareness with the embodied practices of Authentic Movement and Yoga, through expressive art activities and connecting with nature. Together we create a healing space to facilitate your own transformation. The secret is to strengthen the connection to your body, to your essence, and to yourself as a woman, so that you manifest a life full of well-being, gratitude, and love.
